Went though drive thru to get my child a snack McFlurry on 3/2/17 for her bed time snack. Was in drivethru lane for 14 min. to have them hand me a large one. I said no she can't have one that large I ordered the snack but thought it was rather high priced. They said you will have to pull forward. I replied just give me a refund I have to get home. They replied you will have to pull forward to get that also. I did and watched 3 other cars get their orders while I waited way to long again. Needless to say I pulled out as I had to get going and let them keep my $2 plus but I will never use that McDonalds again as it was pretty obvious they weren't going to wait on me.
Aweful nothing ready no one could figure out how to make hot chocolate Hash browns not ready People came in walked out Never going back 8:15 in morning on a Thursday!! I would like to give it a failing grade
I was there at the sternberg mcDonalds. When we had the high winds. I went thru the drive thru, ordered my breakfast sandwich.. Put money. To cashier. I said got it? And it blew out of our hands.... I didn't get my money as it blew in the wind, Nor my sandwich, she wouldn't give it to me.... Felt disappointed....
Awesome service!! Had a coupon for subs a sign well placed on counter told me what subs were included in coupon.Someone in front of me tried to order was told not the right subs very nicely.I was happy with their helpfulness and informative manners.I will make this new subway my Sunday favorite.
Horrible service on november 2Asked Kelly if they took coupon for two $9.00 subs she replied yes. She made my subs never saying the ones I ordered weren't included in the coupon. Guy at register said I didn't have the right subs.It will be $ 15.00I told him Kelly never told me I had wrong subs. He didn't care. I told him throw them in the garbage and he did with no concern over wasted food. I went to another subway who were very informative and got my business. I will never be back to your store.
