Buyer Beware! the cars may look pretty but they are junk, read all reviews!!!I purchased a truck on May 30th 2017, on the way home the check engine light came on for emissions codes. Keep in mind this passed emissions 2 days prior at their shop. I called took it back to the shop and was told it need a Cat Converter, that was replaced. Now the Transmission pressure sensor and Transmission over heat lights keep coming on took it back to the garage and got no answer for this. It is still happening. Fast forward a month or so, the front spring is cracked in half and has been like that for some time due to the corrosion that caused it to snap, the wheel bearing went on the Driver’s side. I was told to drive it to the shop, (even know the tire felt like it was going to fly off) I got it there and the passenger strut was replaced, and the driver’s side wheel bearing. Shouldn't these be put on in pairs for even wear? that problem was fixed Next I was taking my kids to football practice and with the gas to the floor it would not go above 15 mph. Now at highway speeds of 60 mph the truck decides to throw its self in to 4LO while making all kind of awful noises. Guess what this isn't covered in the warranty. How does a vehicle just throw itself in to 4WD and 4LO while the switch is clearly in 2WD? This whole experience was a disaster since i drove it off the lot, I can't get anyone to return my call i have left messages and and get attitude, WTH is the warranty good for? Nothing I guess. this truck is a polished up piece of crap!!
I asked for simple things what they do, she just explain little of her company and said thanks, & hang up the phone on me with out what i need or want... what a customer service.. really bad... need to hire some else. she must had a bad day or some.. Maybe a good company, but bad employee.
I recently bought a vehicle there was a major wiring fault the brakes were terrible all four struts r blown out.. And they will not fix it
All I can say is GO SEE RAY MURPHY! He is incredibly helpful and honest, willing to go many extra miles for his customers. We have bought three cars in the past few years from these guys for different family members and the value was outstanding, customer service was second to none, and you NEVER felt like it was a game trying to figure out what the sales guy was trying to pull next. Leave your preconceived 'used car salesman' ideas at the door, Ray fits none of them. I have always despised buying cars but Ray took the pressure off, was friendly and helpful and moved quickly to accommodate our family. THANKS RAY!
This is NOT a good Auto Service Center. Jeff put ball joints in my 1997 Blazer which still had the original joint in after 125,000 miles. I agreed and paid him over $200 of hard earned money. He told me the ball joints he used (purchased from Advance Auto right up the street) were guaranteed for LIFE not a concern on a vehicle of this age with this many miles but refreshing to know. Less than 6 months later this same vehicle failed a state inspection for (you guessed it) ball joints. How could they be worn out already? The originals lasted over 100,000 miles. No worries they have a lifetime guarantee. Right? They did. But, Jeff wanted another $200 + of my now hard to come by money to install them saying " These vehicles are known for going through multiple ball joints a year and the labor was not covered by the guarantee." That is too bad since it appears the labor was the faulty part of this job. In the end, I let the dealership install new factory replacement parts with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty for, you guessed it, just over $200.00. I still have those ball joints in and they still pass inspection. I wouldn't pay Jeff's Auto to install a tire on lawnmower and you should not trust him to work on a valuable asset like your automobile.
Stay away from Choice Auto Sales. Karim my sales representative back in October of 2012 told me there was no accidents on my car. I'd ask for an AutoCheck 3 or 4 times. I signed a deal on my 2003 Stratus with a good warranty from Auto Use my loan company. I went back to the dealership within a couple hundred miles with a tap in the motor and suspension bouncing around but the car was inspected. I told Karim there were issues that needed to be fixed. He got an attitude and said we can't know everything about every cars. You can if your mechanics do their work properly and drive the car. Lenny the manager who was actually decent said my loan company did not accept the deal that I didn't have enough time at work to keep the warranty. I was told by another dealer and Auto Use this was not true they don't cut warranties out of deals. The dealership pulled the warranty from the deal so they didn't lose it. They threw in a bs CARS warranty (12 mths/15,000 miles $45/hr labor rate $100 deductible mechanical only) that was nowhere near what my auto loan company offered (2 yrs/24,000 miles mechanical and electrical no labor rate limit $100 deductible). After I signed the 2nd deal, I asked Lenny the manager to pull the AutoCheck finally. Then it came out oh I'm sorry Nick Karim was wrong the car and report does have an accident on it (and it was a disabling accident which means it was pretty bad making the value of this car less than what they sold it for). I found out as a friend at another dealership ran an auction report that the car was worth 1700 dollars currently at auction. When I told them about the mechanical issues they told me to wait the 30 day period the warranty companies require before they'll do repairs and have them fix it (commit fraud against the warranty company). That was so they didn't have to repair the motor 2.7 liter Magnum known to have these issues wouldn't repair the suspension. So as you read this do not deal with Choice Auto Sales. When I went back to the dealership about my auto issues I asked Karim why I hadn't heard from him he said he was busy and I was told they don't follow up. They never did with me. They are about numbers and making money. Stay away from this dealership not worth the lack of proper dealership ettiquette honesty integrity and follow-up. They'll even come outside the dealership to call you names in front of a family and fight you.
I highly recommend Choice Auto Sales when looking for your next vehicle. They were such a big help when assisting us in our quest for a car for our 17 year old daughter. Lenny and Kirk really took the time to make sure we got what we wanted.
