        Overall

        I took a spa pump in for leaking seal repair and was told it would be about a week to complete. Two weeks went by and no one called me back. The third week I called them and was told it would be fixed "this week for sure". Finally during the fourth week they called and told me it was done.

        After all that the pump still leaks - I was told to bring it back and may cost me more money to get it fixed - NO WAY.
