        I go in, useless visit, YOUNG kid had nothing and had to come back at a later time. No phone call and no follow up from him. I call... Exchange answers... What? They are not in now... No, I was told, usually they are back in by 1pm. I said it is 1:20. She said you want to try calling back at 1:30. No thanks. So, there is no follow up. Completely unorganized and useless visit for money. Guy fakes his way through with a tape measurement around the waist and um yes, okay Miss... This is a business? I think they need some prosthetics to prop up their business. I have no faith in this company and will try Scope or ANY other place. This is a very important thing and when the biggest qualification is the kids badge he wears on his t shirt and then they can't even make it back on time for lunch. Well, enjoy your lunch because I am not going to leave a message with a messaging service. This is a real issue and people truly need help. Doesn't matter the business. Customer Service is everything!
