A To Z Cell Phone Repair

These guys couldn't even fix a LG phone for me. Then they charged a $30 fee for labor without fixing the problem. They are a bunch of rinky-dink people acting as if they are a business. Stay away.

These guys told me to just fix my cracked screen (the glass). They told me that I didn't need to fix the LCD screen, but if it turned out that I did, they would cut me a discount. The phone worked before they fixed it, but the glass was cracked. The digitizer worked. After they fixed it, and ever since, the phone locks up, automatically enters all sorts of random keystrokes, will not respond and constantly has to be hard-booted. It wasn't like that before they worked on it. I went back after driving about a mile with it, and they denied malfunctioning, and sometimes it will work for a few minutes before going haywire. I left again, but after a couple of weeks of putting up with this, I went back and told them that the phone was messed up. You know what they said then? They said that I had waited too long to bring it back in, and that they would charge me full price. I reminded the guy that not only had he promised to do the additional repair for me at a discount if necessary, but that I had returned immediately, and had called him in the meantime, about the phone still malfunctioning. All in all, they ripped me off, did not honor their promise and lied to me. I left this review before, and when I did I found a lot of other negative reviews, most of which said that this shop was known for stealing good parts out of phones they were repairing and swapping parts between phones. One reviewer said he or she took the phone to someone else, who told them that the work 'A to Z' claimed they did had not been done. Straight up theft and fraud. I notice that all of those reviews are gone now, and they list Murrieta rather than Temecula as their city now, so they must have found a way to get rid of the many other negative reviews. Be warned! Since they both lied to me and ripped me off, I'd give them a negative star rating, but there's no such option. I know the options in the area for cell repair are limited, but I wouldn't use these guys again no matter what. Cheats and liars.
