In early August, my wife and I went to the BMW dealership to look at a car for her. We met with sales person Melissa Ballou. She took us to see all of the vehicles my wife wanted. After a couple of hours, we were driving out of the doors with a new BMW. Since the day i bought the car Ive had the best service ever. I get treated as if i bought a 7 series BMW when i really bought a 3 Series. Will definitely be telling my friends about BMW of Murrieta. Will probably never shop anywhere else as long as i live in California for a car. I bought the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja300 in 05/12/13 with the GTPP. I think it is too expensive to me, So I go to dealer to cancel it in 05/26/13. The finance manager tell me to 3 month for the credit. But I don't receive any information from this dealer at all. So I call this dealer in 10/22/13 and talk to Victor. He tell me that that the finance manager was quit and doesn't leave any cancellation record to him, but he will handle it from now on, and I will get the credit back in one month later. But I still don't receive any information from this dealer after a month past. I call him in 11/29/13. He tell me that heis busy and will call me back in 10 mins later. But I never receive his call. I call kawasaki in 12/23/13 to ask for help, Kawaski says they are waiting dealer to fax them the cancellation and will have dealer call me when they done it. I still hear nothing from dealer. So, I call kawaski for help again in 02/27/14. Finally, I get cancellation done. And kawasaki credit money to dealer last week. So, I call dealer today to follow up the status, same thing happen, Victor is busy, and will call me back soon. Then I still never receive his call. I try to be polite and patient when I call the dealer, but what did they treat me? I don't think it is that hard to cancel GTPP. By the way, I have to say, Their sales are very professinal and friendly. But finance department is not.
