When I went to pick up my car they were very friendly and very nice. They gave me a free upgrade from an economy car to a Chevy Cruze. The only down side to that is that's the car I already own. So I was a little disappointed that I didn't get to try something new. In addition to that the car was in pretty bad shape. There were numerous schratches all over the car, there was a crack in the window shield, and the brakes on the were horrible as well. There were several times where I would be at a stop light and had my foot on the brake and then would notice that the car was slowly moving forward. That is not ok! This was also the fist time in me ever renting s car that they gave me a car with an empty tank of gas. When did that become your new standard? Also, when returning my car the location was packed. Which is understandable for a Saturday afternoon. However, the lady behind the counter seemed a little bit frustrated and when she went to check the car she didn't notice that I had left my iPhone charging cable in the passenger seat of the car. And unfortunately I didn't remember until it was too late. I told her about the brakes and she said ok. Didn't say that she would look into it or try and have it fixed. That scared me. Overall I would say my experience at this particular rental car location was very unsatisfactory.

Top rated from the moment I arrived to returning the car. Car was even upgrade for me, and what I can see they have the most variety of rentals then anyone else I was going to use. Very friendly, got me in and out fast! Will always use this location.
I had a problem with my own car, but had to go San Diego for the weekend for a reunion. The $9.99 deal was the answer. I also got a call two hours into my rental time just to see if I was happy with the Nissan Sentra I got. That is going the extra mile for customer satisfaction! Andrew in Temecula
Enterprise is Awesome and came to my rescue. I had a reservation with another company, had a wedding (my son) to attend in Las Vegas..on the morning of my departure I called to confirm my pick up and was told they had overbooked and did not have my 6 person vehicle.. I was frantic. Called Enterprise and they were able to provide me with the van i needed to attend the wedding. They truly came to my rescue...thanks so much!!!
We have rented cars from this location several times. We are always greeted in a friendly manner, treated professionally and have never been disappointed. All the staff there provide excellent service!
All the staff is helpful. They do their best to accommodate your individual needs. I was very pleased with their service and will continue to use their services when needed. The location I used was on Madison off of Jefferson.
I had a excellent experience at the Murrieta Enterprise. Chelsea was very professional and accommodating. She picked me up, quickly and effortlessly went through paperwork, the car was nice and clean and when I returned it, she brought me back home. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I have been renting at this location 1+ years. I have had the best customer service and attention from the Manager and supervisors. All team members are professional and greet me with a smile no matter how rough of a day they've had. I rent weekly and gotten to know many of the staff and seen them excel in position. Overall great service and would highly recommend.
After my vehicle was backed in to and placed in the shop for repairs, I was called away on a family emergency. The repairs were completed during my time away and I had not given thought to dropping the rental off at Enterprise prior to the flight. The team at Enterprise on Jefferson Ave accommodated my every need and helped greatly with the expenses. I was extremely appreciative of their efforts.
