We bought living room and dining room furniture.We bought the 5 year warranty and were told our damage was not covered after calling 6 times with no return phone call! We wanted to buy an adjustable bed but will not ever shop there again!They gave us a number to fix the furniture they sold us after only 3 years😖
Every factors were Excellent. Sales person understood my needs, showed me only what I needed. Close out was conducted smoothly and I was on my way. Next day delivery was a plus
We purchased out furniture from the Murrieta store. Renee Trevino was the sales associate who greeted us right away and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was so patient and attentive. Genuinely friendly and not pushy. We never felt pressured or obligated to make a hasty decision. Ultimately, we were very happy with Jerome's Furniture and would recommend it to others.
I won't shop here again either I bought a sofa and loveseat. Tip dollar dream seating and the extended warranty it was replaced Once cushions replaced all under one year now i purchased a bed pillow to put under middle cushion on sofa to even it out a little the chat line is a joke right when you think your getting somewhere think again they go offline supervisor after supervisor nothing I have over a week in to speaking to Karina now all of a sudden can't be reached I will be taking my issues to smallclaims
Great Service!My experience was fantastic. Found the love-seat,chair,accent chair and entertainment recliners perfect for what we were looking for at a VERY affordable price. The salesmen Junior was amazing and very helpful, but not overbearing. They let us roam the store without pushing sales on us. Quick process, we were in and out within an hour after making our decision .It was great - will be returning to Jerome's for my future furniture needs.
Dena is by far the best sales rep I've had. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation.
Not a positive experience! went in selected mattress and adjustable bed frame, advised sales person named John Carr would return the next day and bring my grandson to select another mattress. Mr. Carr called next day to confirm appointment. Then called back and said he would not be available but another sales rep named Mike would finish helping me out. Arrived at store and guess what neither John or Mike were there. got another sales lady and she tried her best but was not up to what items we were interested in. She tried. Next I applied for a credit line and after a harrowing 30 mins on phone with a rep from their finance bank I was only approved for 2500.00 This bank rep was a total moron! She kept me on the phone for 30 mins, asking the same questions over and over again and placed me on hold a matter of four times! My FICO is over 740. !!!!! So ok I have 2500 credit, I will pay the balance with a check. I asked the customer service person what the amount was for the bed and frame and he came up with a high amount. I told him no do your math again, I did my math and showed him his mistake. I also had placed 215.00 dollars as a deposit the first day I came into the store. Next the was kicker! I was told that their Check machine was out of order and they could not accept a check from me!. I was further told to come back with cash or a money order! I walked out! Upon arrival at home I attempted to reach the customer service desk three different times. Each time I was told they were too busy! I left my phone number and asked to have customer service call back! It is now Sunday at 1208 pm and I have yet to hear back from Jerome's customer NO service!! Jerome's just wants your money, and please bring cash!.
Santo is one of the managers at this store and if you have any questions or needs he's quick to please. Griffin a sales associate and mattress expert also very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a new bedroom set and I'm extremely pleased with the quilty and service we received. I would recommend this store to all my family and friends.
I spent 25 minutes looking around Not One person asked to help me. They were too busy doing nothing talking to their kids that were hanging out and playing on their phones it wasn't until I was walking out I finally said something. They told me they had a rotation system Bull they were all doing nothing I'll never go in thei again I was going to buy a new living room and bed too bad they won't Ever get my business
Dont waste your time. They have been very unprofessional about everything. First it was 30minutes from when our furniture was supposed to be delivered there was a call that the credit card we used was not approved then we waited all the next day to get our furniture that was supposed to arrive early in the morning then changed to late afternoon then finally at 10:11 PM we get a call that they are still on their way.Will not bother shopping wjth jeromes again, not worth the horrible customer service.
