Grandma's Pets

I was VERY happy with my dog BO's hair cut. Our dog is a Yorkie and I even went back and asked the owner (very nice lady) if see could take a little more hair off. She was happy to do so. The people that own this shop are very nice and BO loves going there. 3/25/2015...John & Debbie

We brought our dog in to be groomed and when we picked him up we didn't recognize him ...... and I don't mean that in a good way. He is a full breed lahsa apso, with a beautiful thick coat when we dropped him off, and after being "groomed" he looked like a stray that needed to be bathed and groomed. He was obviously cut with scissors not pet shears. And he was "bathed" with dry shampoo. His cut was ragged uneven and inappropriate for the breed. Absolutely the worst grooming job ever!!!! Not to mention that although we had made an appointment a week in advance he was there for 6 1/2 hours. I am giving one star only because this site does not allow the post unless there is a star rating. It deserves a 0.
