Overall

I would give the young doctor 5 stars. He was very kind and polite. The young ladies behind the desk, on the other hand, are to the point and cold. Their job is their paycheck; people are NOT their passion. When I asked for a price BEFORE deciding to choose this place as my eye care home, I was not told about ANY of the extra costs up front. They allowed me to go through the whole "searching for perfect glasses" and "paid eye exam" process, and then tacked on a bunch of additional fees (about $200) that were not mentioned before. How hard is it to say $___ + lenses and fees? When I told them never mind, I will go somewhere else, but they still forced me to pay $50 for the 10 minute eye exam. I quote Chelsea (office manager), "I am sorry you were mislead, but we are not going to do anything about it." That says it all. I don't care to give dishonest and uncaring folks my hard earned money. Good customer service should always be most important.
