I visit Play N Trade at least twice a week. I absolutely love video games and have over time become a vintage game collector. This store has made my collection happen. I definitely made this my gaming store of choice when I met Skyler. I asked him for a recommendation for a new game and he immediately had an answer. I asked about ten more follow up questions asking why this game. He provided great answers and got me completely hooked to a new game series. By far the best game store in the area.
I have worked with Play N Trade on multiple occasions and every time has been a positive experience. My first time working with them, I was looking for an old copy of the original Digimon game for PS1. They put me on a call list that quite honestly I had completely forgotten about until many months later, when someone finally traded in a copy. They called me immediately, let me know, and I walked out that day with my game. The second time, I had purchased a GTAV XB1 disc that had a deep scratch. They were able to fix the disc and got me access to a game I had spent dozens of hours trying to install. On my 3rd occasion, they took care of my trade in and gave me a fairly decent trade in value for an outdated console, flipped it towards a pre order and gave me some information about gamestop trade policy regarding top tier headsets. I didn't believe them until I called gamestop to confirm, only to find out they would only offer me a few dollars trade in for a $300 gaming headset. That useful information spared me a frustrating trip to gamestop.Every experience has been 100% satisfactory,
Took an Ipod in for repair, the front digitizer was cracked, no problems with the LCD or back light. Got the device back in perfect working order, then 2 months later the LCD would come one now and then. This was withing the "90" day warranty period. When the LCD back light did come one the image on the LCD was perfect as could be, I figured it was a problem with either the back light or a loose cable, both should have been covered under the 90 day warranty. You can view the pictures, detailed notes about this and a note from Play N trade here: http://nmnetworkservices.com/pnt-murfreesboro.html If you have a broke Ipod I would take it somewhere else.
