Doing business with these guys is a real trial. They use a broker to ship parts, not unusual, but the interior parts I ordered arrived in an open crate, unwrapped, dirty, wet, contaminated with foreign material and missing components. They blamed the shipper but showed no effort to make good. Shipper says they don't pack material only haul it. Unless you can physically go to their location and verify what they are offering, and then take it home in your own truck, I can't recommend these people.
horrible place. defective parts all the time. rude employees, will just try to get as much $$$ out of you as they can. shipping charges are 3x the regular rates, mechanical parts are 1.5x more than dealer brand new pricing. when you ask why? they say oh brother we have this available right now dealer will special order it for u. huh??Scammers!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! I call them looking for a airbag set for a 2014 QX80...(driver, pass and dashboard) they say they have it. I order it.... Small box comes with driver and pass airbags. I call and ask where is the dashboard??? They say, Oh... it doesn't come with the dashboard... but we can sell you one. I have no choice and say ok, I will buy it. They call back and say the dashboard is broken and they don't have another one. I say so you don't have a set for me and I will send it back... He says, we will have to charge you 20% restocking fee... I say, you don't have a set to sell me and you will charge me 20% because I cant use it and will send it back!?! Guy says yup..SO, THIS AWESOM EXPERIENCE COST ME ALMOST $400...WHAT GOES AROUD, COMES AROUND... I HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.....
The LEAST ORGANIZED and MOST DISGUSTING looking salvage yard I have ever seen. And I've see ALOT. They don't pull the parts ahead of time, so expect to wait an hour while Pablo goes to retrieve your part. Oh and most likely they will not have the part they said they did or its damaged. Did I mention they are in the middle of nowhere on a dirt road so if you do go...bring something with ground clearance. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you want quality parts and professional service.

This place is insane. Wish I had read the reviews. I called, they said they had my radiator. They said they would go ahead and pull it. I drove 42 mi there & they didn't have it pulled. No problem right? Na they pull it and its cracked. 84 miles later in buying an OEM. Check reviews too, same problems. I hope they go out of business. I can't post what I really want to say.
Do you like second hand smoke blown in your face? Is so..this is the place to go. Do you like rude people? They will lie and tell you the part you ordered will be pulled and ready for pickup but when you get there it will still be attached to the vehicle out in the junk yard. When you share a complaint they will say, " It's ok.. " They just really don't care!
Very unorganized, spoke to them 3 times yesterday and they said they had a seat that matched what I needed and I had to pay someone to drive an hour to go pick it up and when he got there they said they didn't have it and that the person I had spoken to wasn't there. When I called back he was there and they kept changing the story. Complete waste of time and rude.
