Always a friendly place and good food. I have been here several times with my family we drive all the way from Nashville....I especially love the crablegs
This use to be a good place to eat !! I can see by the other reviews that the service has gone down as well . Ate there last night around 5:15 ..The dishes that were supposed to be cleaned still had food around the edges on them ... Now that's un-sanitary !! Pointed it out to a waitress and she took them in the back .. Who wants to eat with dirty dishes !! Not me l Guess I need to find a new place to eat on Fridays !!
This is one of my favorite places. It is on the pricey side, but the experience and food are great. They are very slow though.....expect at least an hour at the hibachi.
My fiancé and I visited Wasabi in Murfreesboro on February 14, 2014 (Valentine's Day). Worst mistake I've ever made!!!! I arrived at 6:40 and was told a 40 minute wait. No big deal considering it was a holiday and most places were going to be busy, especially without reservations. Oh and which I tried to make but the employee who answered the phone didn't understand or speak English said "We not busy, you walk in". Even better or so I thought. To make a long story short, after waiting an hour and 40 minutes they finally got us seated. By this point I was so hungry I was sick to my stomach and being 10 weeks pregnant I nearly fainted. Not once did someone apologize for our wait and they only thing the hostess had to say was " they tell us to tell people 40 minutes or less even when it's going to be longer". Really?! What a way to conduct business!! I have ate at this restaurant numerous of times and LOVE the food! However after the way I was treated this visit, I don't think I will return. Oh and still had to pay for my meal! I've had better treatment from fast food restaurants!!
Good food. Speedy service. If getting a take out order call ahead.
Omg so nasty and unsanitary my family and I were eating when another family came in with a small dog. Yuck! Even with several complaints they still did not tell the dog owner to take the dog out! So after putting the leash on the chair and petting the dog did the lady go wash her hands? HECK NO! SHE WENT STRAIGHT TO THE BUFFET! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
As we walked in I thought we were going to have a neat lunch experience with our girls. We waited five minutes before anyone came to greet us, as we started to leave someone came. There was five in our group and the place was almost empty. We were told to sit down and wait. With two toddlers excited to eat, it was disappointing. We left at the rudeness of I'm guessing the management. First impressions are a must. I'm not going to pay for someone to be rude to me or my kids. I'm not here to serve you or make you comfortable.
First, let me say that I use to frequent Samurai's often. However, I will NEVER go back and will tell anyone that will listen why. I typically dont write reviews but after the way the manager spoke to me, I need to go see a lawyer. I placed an order on 7/14/13 at around 2:42. I order the same two rolls all the time. I specifically asked for no avocado and expressed NO AVOCADO. When I got home I ate 2 pieces of the shrimp roll and immediately began feeling sick. I looked at the roll and sure enough there was the avocado. The mistake sent me to the ER with severe stomach pains and I wasnt released until 1:30 am the next day. I called the manager back and explained the issue. He was not willing to accept any responsibility for what had happened. I told him that all I was looking for was a simply apology but had the right to sue him for what took place. He stated that he believes his employees over me and if I needed to send a letter from my lawyer then thats what I needed to do. Because I know there may be a language barrier, I repeated to him several times that all I was looking for was an apology for my order being incorrect and making me sick. He told me I should have called him yesterday. My reply "I was in the freaking emergency room!" If I could have given them 0 starts I would have. I have never written a review online for a business, but I am going to make sure that I post this to any and every review site I can find!
I've eaten at all 3 farmers. The frog legs were overlooked and I found a long hair in my frog legs. I told the waitress that didn't seem to care, I made her show management . The waitress then came back and knocked off half food and then management came over and said she told them in the back and pulled the frog legs from bar. I hope the cooks wear hairnets next time.
