They pick it all up in one unsorted bin which is a positive. But they do not refunds if you cancel or they miss your pickup. The reply to my inquiry about them missing my pickup was that they pushed it back a week. In reply to asking about a credit for the missed week, I was told they do not offer refunds and I can cancel my service if I want. I do not recall receiving a less customer focused reply than to be told that if I am not happy, I can cancel. After I requested to cancel my service, they then immediately charged me for another month of service!
