Still waiting--two weeks after my mother passed--for them to pick up her bed and oxygen machine. Called and they said, "You are not our only customer." Worst customer service ever.
Best pharmacy and post office in town. Staff is very friendly, very quick service. Can't ask anything more than this.
Exceptional! The pharmacist provides individualized care & education. He proactively anticipates my pharmacy needs and advocates for me. This pharmacy also delivers if you are feeling particularly crummy. I underwent chemo treatments last year and had a ton of Rxs. I've never received better care a-n-y-w-h-e-r-e. I tell everyone just how wonderful US Pharmacy is.
This company reminds me of a payday loan business. I had been receiving supplies from them for a year and got the robocall asking if I wanted more. I confirmed that I did. It never came. Exasperated, I contacted my doctor to change subscriptions. Within 2 weeks, guess what showed up at my door! The original shipment. I brought the package in and gave it to the woman on the right (there are two desks, it's Regina or something similar). She turned and put it by her printer behind her and assured me she would complete the return. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for those items a month later. I called and she told me it would catch on the next cycle and not to worry about it. I have received at least 3 more calls since then and made the same number of visits attempting to speak with a supervisor each time. Coincidentally, they are always busy. More thorough review on Google.

I use this place for a post office, and being paralized I loved it being close, and a really nice lady in there actually let me drop off packages at the pharmacy window so I didnt have to unload my wheelchair..,The owner now step in and says I cant do that and jsut the other day I was there in the pouring rain and I tores it again . The worker was ok with it. The owner was not he said you have to come.in explainingmy situation he didnt act any differntly. Still wouldnt take it. I had to get my gf to deliver it the next day. She went in and told the priority mail and he said No first class alot cheaper, and did it first class anyways.. Which would have been ok 2 days before, But I was trying to get package there as fast as possible sinceIt didnt ship the day I wanted due to i couldnt unload or wouldnt unload the wheelchair in the rain to.drop it off... Been alot happier if I had notalready dropped of packarges tons of times with 0 issues.. The Owner Is Not A Nice Man AT All..VERY Good Workers, I said ok since Im paralized and alone unloading my chair in rain would you help worker saod yeah owner said no.The were not busy what so ever, ive never had a car behinf or onfront of me in there drive thru pharmacy

Since I am not close to a post office and run a small business from my home, I have been using US Pharmacy for my postal needs. I have run into small problems, most horrible customer service issues. However, last week I have decided I will not be using them again.I dropped 4 packages off to them on 9/8/15, watched them get scanned in (since they refuse to offer me any other proof they have accepted the packages), and left. When I left the packages were sitting on the counter, but I was assured they would be making it into the post office bin. I thought nothing of it and went on my way.On 9/11/15 I received a message from my customer that she had not received her package and it was showing it was not shipped. I verified this information through tracking. It showed that the package had never left US Pharmacy. I called US Pharmacy and spoke with a gentleman about my packages. He told me there was no way that they still had my package and to call the post office. I then called the post office and they informed me the package was never picked up. I called US Pharmacy back and was basically made to be stupid. This was a package worth over $100. I am not able to file insurance on it since it never got into the hands of the post office. I am now out over $100 in supplies and shipping fees. Due to the horrible customer service issues and now the loss of my package, I will no longer be using US Pharmacy for any of my needs.
