Our photographer was fantastic and we loved our pictures. When we started looking at the options, the prices were astronomical for lots of pictures that wouldn't be used (Who even uses wallet size anymore?). We went with the smallest package and waited patiently for a large canvass to be delivered. When the canvass came it was discolored where it had been enlarged and looked dirty. We wanted to act fast so I called the corporate number not realizing my wife was calling the local store at the same time. Tanisia (?) at the corporate help line asked me more than once "Don't you talk to your wife? She already talked to the store." She continued to give me attitude until I asked to speak to her manager. My wife had a much better experience with CJ at the local studio and they agreed to send us another canvass. We got the new canvass and it was identical to the first one. Wish me luck; I intend to put their satisfaction guarantee to work and return the entire package for a refund. What a hassle.
