Pain and Spine

I have been coming to this clinic for almost a year. As to the staff and level of care I receive it is excellent. Yesterday however I was informed that there were changes. And none for the better as far as I am concerned. There was an unusually long wait to get called to the back. It has taken over 24 hours to get my prescription filled. I am hoping that whatever new system has been implemented somehow resembles the efficient service that I have come to appreciate and looked forward to receiving.

I always feel like I’m being taken very well care of by the staff from the receptionist Phillip to the nurses to the doctors I always feel 100% taken care of.

Have no problem everyone so kind and sweet quick service good staff and doctor love them alland I will give them a good recommendation to other people to come to the clinic because I love

The employees are very friendly and professional. I have been going here for over 4 years and always treated with respect. They listen and try different different methods to meet your needs.

Gary has a great disposition and is Very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! The Staff makes you feel comfortable, and they treat you as a human and not like cattle they shuffle in and out! Overall, i would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Professionalism is Spot on.

I like Pain And Spine Consultants. They are very efficient, fast and seam to take the patients concerns very efficient. They explain procedures and work to help the patient

He was very quick and efficient. It was my first time in that office and he gave me a different way to maybe fix my pain

I have been a patient at the clinic in Murfreesboro, TN for several months, and I must say that each visit there has been a very pleasant experience. Because of Gary Nardin, PA and Dr. Stone, my pain is well managed. They care about their patients and are concerned about your overall health. Mr. Phillip, the receptionist at the front desk, always greats everyone with a smile, as does everyone else in the clinic. I can't remember all the nurses names, but they too make me feel very at ease at each visit. I highly recommend Pain and Spine Consultants to anyone that has chronic pain and needs help managing it. Thanks to all of you at Pain and Spine Consultants for making my life a more pleasurable one by helping me learn to cope with my pain. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and expertise in helping me feel better. I have no complaints. The physicians are very helpful.

The saying ”Saving the best for last” IS no truer statement for me! Unfortunately in my case I have had to live with some very horrific pain issues over the last 25 years and durning this time I have been to several clinics and/or doctors! Now in my later years and by the Grace of God HE led me to Dr. Stone and his wonderful staff!! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field while also being empathic to his patients. His staff has always treated me with both kindness and respect!
So on a scale of one to ten while keeping my pain at a 1 he gets a TEN!

Everyone is so nice here. My husband and I have gone here the last few years. Philip up front is always so nice and helpful. Connie and the other MAs are always so nice. They go the extra mile to let you know they care. Dr. Stone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Gary the NP is very sweet and takes the time to give you the care you need. He always listens and genuinely wants to know how you are. We are so blessed to have this facility.

From the time you walk in the door you are taken care of. Doctors lesson to you and care how you are constantly.

Always a pleasant visit, very professional, and some of the most compassionate doctors in Middle Tn. Will not consider going anywhere else.

So far great. Looking forward to a pain free life. The doctor even perscribed me a medication that's non-narcotic and replaces another medicine I'm currently taking. Hopefully this will make it so I don't have to increase the narcotic meds.

I love the personal and professional care they show. I Love my doctor's detailed help he gives with test results and suggestive help.

I have been going here for quite some time. I am very happy here! You NEVER have to wait long! And when you are always in extreme pain, having to wait can become a nightmare. I have had 2 procedures with Dr. Stone. The 1st was a discogram. I had already had 3 spinal surgeries and I was actually so scared from reading about it on the internet. Dr. Stone was amazing!!!! Today I had an epidural steroid injection. I had no fear! And again, he is so gentle, competent, and am grateful again. I am so happy to have found a Dr. that I completely trust and would recommend him and his entire staff to anyone. Thank you, Bari Brandon.

M.D. Jonathan Stone is an outstanding doctor.This facility has easy parking,and wait times.I have multiple major medical conditions & spent 1+ years at a horrible Clinic before self discharge to this amazing office.Upon intake,new MRIs were ordered day #1& past tests were never explained to me by prior clinic from HELL.
I had NO clue EXACTLY what was going on until I entered this office.
I feel at ease and no longer fear going to pain mgt nor not getting adequate treatment necessary.The staff is friendly and I am very glad I self discharged from the other pain mgt I was in.
I apparently needed a Nephrologist due to renal faliure overlooked previously,M.D. Stone got me the direction I needed to go to save my life!

Very good Doctors. They truly care fir there patients n they are very therall n the atmosphere is pleasant
