I hired this lady a year ago to handle a divorce for me. It was totally uncontested. No children, no property, haven't seen the ex in over 15 yrs. Should be simple huh? Paid her $500 cash up front for nothing. I have tried to contact her many times with no response. I would not recommend her for anything. She came highly recommended to me. I had trust in that. I am very dissapointed. Looking for a refund to hire a new lawyer. She will not respond to my many calls. Do not waste your time with her.

Kimpi was the opposing counsel in my divorce. She turned in legal documents late, asked for continuances the days of hearings, took months to reach to reschedule a mediation, went on wild goose chases over matters that were clearly not issues (conspiracy theorist, a perfect match for my ex), loudly made derogatory comments about my parenting decisions in the presence of my children while talking with others ("I would NEVER..."), was catty, snippy, sarcastic and condescending both in and out of court and at times just plain WRONG and kept arguing over matters that had been admitted to that were not relevant to the matter at hand.

My ex did tell the kids she was "cute" though.

Do not hire this person! She will take your money and run! Good luck being able to track her or anyone on her staff down! Extremely unprofessional.

We used Miss Kendrick as a mediator for establishing a parenting plan for my step daughter. It is my understanding a mediator is a neutral party. I have to admit I was not impressed. I felt as though she was on my step daughter's mother side more so than being neutral. In the end our plan came out as we wanted, but I think her sly insults were a low blow. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. Her told as a mediator was not professional at all.
