        Black Box Network Services is a division of the Black Box Corporation, which was established in 1976 as a little company called Expandor. It started business by selling connectivity devices, such as the little black boxes that clients need to connect their primary data communications products. In 1977, the first Black Box catalog rolled off the presses. It was six pages long and contained nine products. The company changed the name to Black Box since a majority of the customers began calling the company by its catalog name. The company delivers premier communications solutions throughout the United States and Canada. Its clients range from large enterprise corporations to smaller organizations that the company provides services for, such as voice and Internet protocol telephony solutions, data technologies, customer contact solutions and remanufacture of equipment, as well as technologies for messaging, infrastructure, conferencing and enterprise mobility. Black Box Network Services has a location in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
