If I could give less than one star I would. First off I went in to buy a table and the price was good, BUT I wanted to put it on Lay-a-way, I paid what I thought was 250 down but instead was charged the whole amount! which bounced my account. Then they said they would refund that amount back NOPE they didn't, they kept 250. They offered me free delivery if I would give them another chance so I did. ( I still didn't realize they had kept 250) So I again put the table back on lay-a-way with 250 down. (Now at this point I have paid 500 on this table thinking it was still just 250) later when my card was hit with another 250 charge from them which messed my banking up AGAIN I realized what they did. So after another phone call to the store I was given my 250 back. I then asked about a Saturday delivery which I was told yes that would be fine. (I should have known better by now) one week later I took CASH to pay my table off and set up delivery and was told they only do Fridays in my area. Freaking really! I asked you before hand and was told Saturday was fine. SO I set up for someone to sit at my home on the day they set it up for only to get a text wanting to confirm my order which was WRONG. After calling costumer service and the store, both of which keep telling me to call the other, I have no idea what is going on with me order other than half my order is ready part is missing and part is on back order. I still don't know when it will be delivered... Don't go to this store. I will never buy from Ashley's in Murfreesboro again.
we purchased some furniture from Ashley Home Store in Murfreesboro, TN on Thompson Lane. At this time we are very disappointed in the furniture and the lack of not taking care of us and making it right. The Ashley Distribution Center is just as bad. They each send you to the other neither taking responsibility. If they make things right I will let you all know If they don't I suggest you never buy anything from them. The jury is still out to be continued........
Great place to work. I have worked at different companies but Mattress Gallery Direct is like a family. Everyone is working towards the same goal to help our customers get a great nights rest. It's great to enjoy the people you work with!
Cheap expensive furniture that will not last more than two years... spent thousands and had to throw away most of the furniture after the cheap material came apart............................... x
I just purchased my third mattress set from this store and could not be more impressed! The quality of the Sterns & Foster is amazing! The staff were incredible and the delivery guys could not have been more professional and quick! I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

I was treated so disrespectfully by Sherry, the store operations manager at Ashley Furniture in Murfreesboro!! They are so nice until they take your money, but have very poor customer service skills when it comes to resolving any issues that may arise with an order. I had previously been told I need to be home all day because there is a 3 hour delivery window of when my mattress would arrive. So I made the necessary arrangements to be there and when delivery day came, I was not emailed or contacted in any way about an ETA. The mattress was never delivered. I called the Murfreesboro Ashley Furniture store and the woman I spoke with pointed fingers at me, stating I gave her the wrong address or that I must not have checked my email, neither of which are true. After 5 mins of non-helpful conversation I asked for her name and the name & number of her manager, and I told her I felt like she being rude and not resolving my issue. Instead, she hastily transferred me to a customer service line without providing names or a phone number. So rude! I hung up as soon as I heard the elevator music and called Ashley furniture back, and she picked up again and asked "YES?" in an annoyed tone. I once again asked for her name and the name of her boss. She finally said her name is Sherry and that she IS the manager, then transferred me to a customer service line again without my permission. Unbelievable treatment.After speaking with corporate, I was told there was an issue with the distribution center, which is why my mattress was never delivered. Why I was never contacted in any way prior to the delivery day...who knows. Guess they don't care that one of their customers had to request off work to wait for a mattress that would never come. I spent over two thousand dollars at Ashley, and received the most expensive life lesson I will ever learn. Do NOT ignore online reviews or BBB scores as I did. Ashley Furniture has an F with the BBB for a reason.
I have left numerous messages with no response from Murfreesboro manager . I have talked to team that's suppost to fix stuff with really no help . I bought a Chester drawer as a Christmas present an it was deliver here 2 times damaged out of box has black marker where scratches are covered .. worst place I have ever been an I payed 70$ for delivery of scratched and chipped item and a manger can't even pick up phone .. my money will never go to these people again. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! So now I payed 300$ for something looks like I bought on Craigslist for 50$
Love my bed that I purchased from here. the staff was friendly and welcoming. I have had sweet dreams everynight.
The biggest issue we had was with Tammy with Acceptance Now which is within Ashley store. I have a job that is contractual and has a strange semi monthly pay schedule. My work schedule does not allow me to be timely in pretty much anything. Anyways, she called me and left a message saying I'm avoiding her and that it would be in my best interest that I call her asap. I reported it to corporate. I called her and tried to talk but she told me that I was a lier and that she going to have me removed from this store. At this point, I will never recomend this store to anyone because of the way o was spoken to.
