Good management, good people, good store. Always good prices and good items. I have been a regular customer for many years and have witnessed difficult customers who seem very rude at times, but the Goodwill people handle the situation professionally. This store has no problems, just difficult customers at times. I love this Goodwill store.
It's like any other goodwill store. Prices are sometimes kinda crazy on furniture, but always something to find.
This place deserves negative stars. I've been in serval times,(I was forced) and I've hated each experience. This location is always a wreck! This are everywhere, never picked up, and the store is poorly unorganized! Also, let's not get me started on the manager. She was very unpleasant, disrespectful, and unprofessional! She looked like she just woke up from bed and came straight to work. I will never to business with the again!
Careful buying items that don't have a price mark. Even if you get it from a place where they show the price clearly, they will haggle at the register. They claim to be Christian and quote bible verses but the attitude does nothing but affirm that this is a money making scheme. Every item we tried to buy they raised the price for one reason or another. That's a special name brand, that's bigger than the others. Nothing matched the posted prices on papers in their sections. Toys, electronics, ect...
Agreed! I see people bring nice things in, but I only see junky things for sale. On the occasion when I see something halfway decent, it's overpriced. I saw some nice speakers in the donation lobby that I wanted to buy on the spot. The clerk told me that their "electronics guy" wasn't there to test them so they couldn't sell them. She said to come back the next day. They were never put out.
