The doctor was nice. But rushed.The insurance person, not so much. She said she didn't even know I had vision insurance. The insurance cards I faxed had both my vision and medical cards. She also told me that my insurance did not cover anything at all. We had never used vision at that time. She then filed my insurance and I asked if she needed my vision insurance information and she said she did not. She also told me that she had been doing this for a very long time. Everything she told me my insurance told me the opposite. She even told my insurance company that she didn't want to speak with them when they tried to call. She also told me she left a mesg at my work for me to call her. I do not work. Lots of odd things and she doesn't know what she is doing. I told her this is why we would not be returning.

I was not an easy client, and I feel that Dr. Cynthia Jones was drawing on exceptional expertise as well as experience to make sure that I am satisfied. In fact, it was quickly apparent that the rest of the staff is likewise intent and efficient. Very good with helping me choose frames and making them fit exactly. In retrospect, my being concerned about needing new glasses, reasoning that five years is not long enough for a change, was evidence of how much help I needed! Duh... I had a little bit to learn. They were good about that too! I am a lot safer to be driving now! Recommend to everyone.
As far as the exam they did for my 2 older children, they did well. I gave them 3 stars because I feel they lack a sense of ethics. I had to pay $25 for a missed appointment for my youngest son who has some disabilities, when after telling them over the phone about them, they told me to find somewhere else. I feel as though if you refuse to see my child because he has didabilities, you don't really have the right to charge me for "missing" his appointment. I was very disappointed they wouldn't see him, but even more so when I had to pay them money for it.
Dr McCabe performed cataract removal with upgraded lens insertion on my wife and myself about five years ago. The results were great. We both reached 20/20 without glasses. My vision remains perfect and my wife's is also great. Follow up have been great including routine eye care and repairing eye injuries. In my opinion he and his staff are the best.
Friendly service. Dr. Smith genuinely cares about his patients. Exams are very thorough. I have sensitive eyes so he switched me to daily wear lenses which have improved my stigmatism.
I have been going to this practice for 11 years and I have had many issues with them. They are a great and friendly staff. Linda always makes sure I am happy with everything.
Warm friendly staff. Great care for my entire family (including my 3 year old). Would recommend to all my friends and family. Great selection of glasses!!!
