We ate here about a month ago & won't go back. You must like seafood to eat here & I do not. There was very little on the buffet that did not have some kind of seafood in it. The freezer for ice cream was broke & did not cool so they had the top open with ice around the ice cream, so gross. The service was the worst. The waitress was complaining to everyone about her being sick & the boss "not allowing" breaks. She also ask a customer for his phone number & for a big tip. Before we left she had went to the restroom & took something as she was obviously high.

I have asked for a refill on my drink and I have not seen the server for over 30 minutes, had to get it myself cause there's only one on the floor and the rest are talking at the bar.Not a place that I would say has good service with their guest.
Food and service was outstanding. The folks who work there take pride in what they do. Definitely will have dinner here again.
Good buffet with a lot to choose from. The quality is pretty good, and the buffet is usually kept fresh.
1st cost today unfriendly and food wasn't great asked for soy sauce and chop sticks didn't get sauce and sat the chopsticks in the counter like I was netting o. Her nerves want be back and I'm new to the area
Ordered food at 7 pm, it hadn't arrived by 9pm. Food cold. Called at 8 an the deliver guys was on his way. Asked for lots of soy sauce and no sweet & sour, got 4 packets for 4 meals and a giant tub of sweet & sour. Just don't order here, save yourself the pain and hunger headache and deffinatly do not order from here if you need to feed children, it will not get there in time for them to eat any of it.
Horrible customer service.Messed up my delivery order to the point where I could not eat it and wound up throwing it away. Spoke to lady on phone and she agreed they messed it up and said she would replace it for free the next time I order. The catch is, when I tried to do this they wanted me to order and additional $15 worth of new food JUST so they could deliver my replacement food. What a scam. No one should have to pay double just to get their first order right.Avoid, avoid avoid at all costs!
We've been going here for years. I've ordered catered food for a birthday party & even treated my students to this for a reward! The food is great! They continue to make my favorite even though it is no longer on the menu. Try the the Thai Lo Mein with shrimp only! EVERYONE loves it! It is mild/medium spicy.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I didn't have anything delivered but I went in to pick it up I ordered a large boneless BBQ, now I have ordered this before when I got my order home opened it up and the container did not have the amount that I had gotten before I could actually see the bottom of the container. What made it even worse it that there was so much fat and grisel that I could not even enjoy it. Called back to the manager on duty and she claims that I received the right portion and would never address the issue of the quality. Left my information for the owner to call me which has never happened. Called back the next day spoke with the same manager and instead of trying to make it right by me as a customer all she did was apologized but never offered to refund my money or anything. Not a good way to treat the ones who keep you in business. Worst experence ever, Will never be back!!!
Under cooked thickens told them they replaced it with more chicken of a different flavor it was too pink I asked for refund they said no its only me that's. And to them I wish I could submit a picture.
