Until yesterday I would've given this place 5 stars.... however due to an horrible experience for my friends 31st birthday brunch I am highly disappointed in the way our group was treated and even more disappointed by the manager's lack of listening and communication skills. Yesterday was my 4th time coming in a 3 week span. I will NEVER return to this location again. Due to the waitress being overwhelmed with keeping track of our orders, she cut us off from the bottomless bubbles brunch 37 mins before brunch was over. There was no possible way that we had reached our drinking limit, nor was irrational drunken behavior displayed. Even if we had been drunk at one point,the service was so slow that the imaginary buzz would be long gone by time the next drink arrived. Interesting that our table was considered to have been excessively drinking when most of us were still working on our 1st or 2nd mimosa.One of the ladies hadn't even gotten a chance to order her first drink, but was cut off since the whole party was cut off. We asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude. After all of this we still had to wait a long time for our tickets to be printed and passed out. So sad that guests drove from Chattanooga, Nashville, Knoxville, and Memphis just to experience rude service for a special birthday.
After an hour of waiting for our dinner and seeing many other guests receive their food, we asked to cancel our order. It was only then that our food was magically ready. By the texture and temperature of the food it was obviously sitting there for quite some time. One of the entrees wasn't made as ordered. The fries and popcorn shrimp in kid's meal was dry and cold. Definitely not worth what we paid. Would not recommend at all. If you want seafood in Murfreesboro, you might as well go to Red Lobster.
Good Service ! The food and service is always exceptional ! Love it.
