Horrible customer service!!! Very rude and unprofessional!! They make their customers feel as though you need them instead of the other way around. They try to get you to buy things that you don't need even after telling them no thank you. I've seen this happen to multiple customers so it was no surprise that I was treated the same ignorant way. I'll never go into that place again. The store is very cluttered and messy too. If you want a no hassle experience, go online to pay your bill or order your phone instead of giving these low life people your money!!! Worst cellular/accessory store, EVER!!!!!
Tara was great. Help me with my phone after I dropped it in the pool. She tried to fix it. When that didn't work I had to purchase one from her. Fair price for an I phone 6. Then when she got one in just like the one I had she swapped it out at no charge. Downloaded all my pictures off my apple I pad so I could call Apple to have it reset. Very low price. I had over 1000 pictures on it. Will definitely go back if I have issues.
Verizon sent me to Phones & More to get my screen replaced. My 6S looks great. was in and out. The tech took great care of me. Thanks Phones and More.
Do not use them for an Apple product. Their screen replacement got glass behind the home button and when they replaced the home button, Apple locked my phone. Disaster. Been without my phone for 48 hours already and cannot get anyone with authority to contact me or do anything!
Incompetence or "bait and switch"? You decide. Twice I called about transferring photos from my Cricket ZTE Altair2 phone to my PC. I was told by two different people that I just needed the charger. My charger plugs into the electric socket in the wall. I'm not looking to buy a charger and charge the phone. I wish to transfer photos. They sold me a USB cord and told me that a window would pop up with instructions for transferring the photos. It does not. And they knew it wouldn't . Not alone that, they won't refund the $11.00 I wasted on the USB cord that they claimed would work for this. Find another store with a decent reputation and people who know what they're doing and what they're talking about. This store isn't it.
IPad Mini screen was repaired with faulty screen that cracked when the device was picked up during normal usage.I had my iPad mini repaired at the Stones River Mall Cellairis location in Murfreesboro, TN due to a cracked screen on September 24the of this year. I was told that it was best for them to keep the device overnight on the clamps in order to better ensure the screen was firmly set. On October 29th, my device was lying on the table with the screen in perfect condition when I picked it up, the screen made a small pop sound and cracked on the corner. It was not dropped or mishandled. When I took the device back to the Cellairis location that did the screen repair,the manager said they could not fix it under any warranty because the screen was cracked even though my complaint was that the screen cracked in just over a month of having a new screen put on the device by them. I was told I could contact customer care with my complaint. I emailed them and receive a response from a customer service representative that the location has stated they would be willing to offer the screen repair for a reduced price of $89.99. I already paid $164.61 for the initial screen replacement. I advised the customer services representative that I was not willing to pay for another screen replacement when the first screen cracked due to no fault of my own and no misuse to the device. It was several days before I heard back from customer services representative in which she stated that she was still working on the issue. I received a phone call from customer services representative on November 17th while I was at work and I called her back on November 17th and again on November 18th. I left two messages, but she has not returned my call and I have received no further emails regarding the issue.
This business is not great. They come to you which is cool, and claim a warranty. After fixing it, my camera and flashlight did not work as before. My phone was set to searching, and my home button did not work as before. They claimed this wasn't them, but who knows. My phone started to shut off, and my screen came off like nothing a few days later. The guy who came fixed my phone didn't answer my calls I had to text him and wait forever and customer service was awful. I'm now just ordering a new phone. Maybe it was just my experience, but, I feel like I could've avoided a lot of this going somewhere else. But that's just my experience.
Customer sevice stinks!! Asked about a phones internal memery. Wastold 4g. Got home was 1.5g and wanted to charge me for return. Pick another store IMO.
Both Sprint stores in this town are worthless. The employees are worthless, the management worthless...the "free" upgrades are bogus. The employees are immature and have absolutely no business dealing with people. Go to Nashville to the sprint store or order online. This store is just bricks and mortar and takes up space and wastes people valuable time.
