The manager/owner is very unprofessional, we called our orders in 2/14/17 and he only wrote one down and tried to blame us saying it wasn't placed. In the mean time my order was getting cold while waiting for the other order. I spoke with another person who said there was nothing she could do without his permission, she was understanding but her hands were tied. Its sad when you can't patronize black businesses because of how you're treated, but with Shrimp Shack we will never return, and I will encourage others not to do business with them because his attitude is definitely unprofessional. They didn't offer to keep the food warm nor did the attempt to compensate us for being inconvenienced. I wish them well and hope the owner changes his attitude.

We ordered our food and after waiting a normal amount of time, my dinner came and my wifes was delivered to another table. When she pointed this out the manager came and apologized and they brought her another dinner while she watched this other woman eat her meal and i finished mine. Meanwhile the ithe woman got anothe meal, the one she ordered, and disntboay for while we paid full price for out meals. It used to be a good place to go. Food was mediocre not as good as it used to be
I ordered a take out meal here because I had a $15 gift card I've been waiting to use and the lobster pizza sounded very appetizing. I order the pizza and arrive 15-20min later after they said it took 15. I drive back home a short distance away in highland to open up my pizza for it to look nothing close to appetizing. It was seriously cold!!! The pizza looks like it was sitting there 5min after I ordered and took me another 30min just to open it. I call back to speak with a manager and wait over 10min (930pm no wait, plus I had to call twice). This is very dissatisfying and insulting to me because not only did I tip 30% if not more but I was also a darden employee for 2 years. And to top it all off the manager on duty had the audacity to say I'm not getting my money back with a horrible attitude! After asking for a refund, the pizza was gone at this point (a great meal for my dogs) even though the pizza would've been thrown in the trash regardless! They need to fire this manager.
