Chase does NOT care about their customers! Last weekend, I went to 4 different Chase ATM's and they were ALL 4 out of cash, so I had to use a Non-Chase ATM and they charged me $6.00. And when I called about it, they refused to credit my account saying it was my fault and that there was an ATM just 25 minutes away that may have had cash available and that I should have used that one. When I was with Fifth-Third Bank, they would credit both sides of the ATM fee if I used a non-Fifth Third ATM anywhere where there weren't 5th 3rd ATM's with 15 minutes away. And they were a terrible bank too. If you can, go to a Credit Union, they're usually much better.

Just refinanced with People's Bank. Horrible experience. Veeeeeery long and frustrating process. Was given a letter stating I could have a low interest rate, ended up with a higher rate. The letter was sent out "as a mistake." Nobody even bothered to try to get me that lower rate that was promised. Also, I was promised money back at closing. Instead, I had to pay quite a bit. They tell you one thing over the phone, but in reality, they are NOT even close to keeping their promises. Definitely need to rename this bank. The customers are not the priority.
Stay away from fifth third bank car loan, I pay off my car loan in June 2014, I didn’t get car title October 2014, I call the fifth third bank main office (800-972-3030) four times and the manager hang up on me. I walk in the fifth third bank location about six times, and every time they have different answer. Now I have to spend $120 to get a duplicate title.
