Dr Lopera has been my dentist for a long time now and I am very satisfied with him as a professional and with his staff as well. I ended up finding this website just because I lost his office phone number and I was trying to find him online. I, like KimberleyAH, am very surprised with the bad reviewer since the front staff have been always friendly and helpful.

Wow! I was really surprised that the last reviewer was so unhappy!I know how customer service is a very important job but I myself never expect someone to know a question to every answer, especially since I myself don't. I have had various questions for the front staff there and if they didn't know right away they always checked and called me in a timely fashion. As a matter of fact I called that receptionist so many times outdoor to my surgical procedure and always received a professional and kind response.

I'm sorry to say but this place was very UN PERFESSIONAL ! The people working at that office had very poor customer service! couldn't answer a insurance question when i asked! the girl (s) in the front dont know anything!
