The worst experience ever it is total rip off here. Gave my 4 coats for drycleaning yesterday evening and asked the owner what is the bill amount he said $16 came home saw it was actually $67. It went to store at 7:00 last night so could not call. Called the next morning the person said he had already put my coats in the machine and can't do any thing and hung up on me. Such a bad experience this business is total RIPP-OFF. I give -5 STARS I had to pick 1 as there was no other option. Don't ever go to this Drycleaner.

BE WARNED! I brought a dress in to be hemmed because it was way too long. I tried the dress on at the Butterfield Cleaners & the lady put 2 pins in the front of the dress so that it hung just a bit short of the floor, just about at the ankle, which was where I wanted it. When I got the dress home, it was the correct length in back but the front had about 2 inches of fabric puddling on the floor at my feet. I took it back & the guy (owner, I believe) said that he could see that the dress had been cut & sewn so he didn't understand what the problem was. I tried to explain that, yes the dress had been altered but that it was not the correct length & the front was longer than the back. I even tried the dress on & showed him the puddle of fabric in the front of the dress & that I literally tripped over the fabric when I walked but he refused to do anything about it & refused to refund my money. He was literally yelling at me that I was wrong, that he could clearly see that the dress had been altered & that, since the lady had put pins in the dress, then it was obviously sewn to the length I had asked for. I had to go to Stitch-It in the mall to have it fixed & the lady that pinned the dress there (ALL THE WAY AROUND THE DRESS, not just 2 pins in the front, which I now know is the correct way to pin a dress for hemming) said it was obvious that the hem was completely screwed up by these people. I will NEVER go back to this place & would strongly encourage you to think twice before taking your business here.
