The employees were friendly and did their best to help. I got a good computer at a good price, however, there was a problem with the disc reader. They were good about getting my problem fixed, but it was a little scary to see them take apart my computer (a model they had never seen before) to try to get to the hard drive without reading a manual first to make sure they were doing it right. They messed something else up in the process, but again they were good about getting it fixed. They were all friendly and helpful, but they only seemed to have one guy (Lucas) who was actually an "expert" in fixing computers. He was the one who worked on the second problem, but I never got to talk to him to figure out what he did.



The only thing that ticked me off was that one of the newer employees started to install a trial version of Microsoft Office on my computer, without asking me first, just so that she could test the keyboard. Since I use LibreOffice, having both installed has made using the software confusing for me, because I never know which format to save a document in. She was trying to be helpful, but they should train their employees not to change anything without asking the owner of the computer, especially since I was standing right there at the time.
