Pizza King

We like to eat here too, we take the whole family, and it is nice that it is close to sow n sews, so we can have some lunch there if we drop off the sewing and come back and pick it up.



Always a treat to eat at Pizza King on East Jackson St.

This is my Wife's favorite pizza shop in town. She loves the Royal Feast and I am happy to say so do I. At Sow N Sews I get a lot of the National Guard folks in on a weekend drill and some are from out of town and it s a pleasure to recommend this Pizza shop...but then again any of the Pizza Kings' we have been in are really great.



I know I have a lot of Police, Sheriff, and Marshals and Corrections officers who come into the Army Navy Surplus and get uniforms, boots and sewing done it is a pleasure to recommend this place because I know the folks will appreciate the good food, service, and value, and I will be helping them and I think its important to be a good business neighbor and when we find other shops who do such a good job its not hard to recommend them to our clients.



We eat here as a family and I can recommend them to families, and small groups and they do serve beer / wine / fountain drinks, with eat in meals.

We are usually buying Pizza from another source (national chain) but after having some sewing done at Sow N Sews inside the Army Navy Surplus we asked if the owner recommend the Pizza King down the street as we would be looking for dinner after leaving his shop?



Turns out he could recommend both the restaurants on East Jackson St. and both are pretty much equally good depending on what we were looking for. He said he and his wife are fond of the Royal Feast and Garlic Bread and that the wife likes the side salad too.



They had wrap-ups too, but we tried the Royal Feast for the first time ever and it is as good as recommended and just as the Pizza King says out to the edge!



We have a new found appreciation for what can be had on Muncie's East side. We will be back I'm sure.

All over town and surrounding area it is easy to find a Pizza King and I and my friends really enjoy the "everything" supreme! I especially like this one for late afternoon or early evening because this the route I take after shopping at Prairie Creek or the Army Navy Surplus / Sown N Sews and this makes it real convenient for the return trip meal for the Lunch / Supper meal when I am in the mood for Pizza.



It has easy pull-in/out and plenty of easy parking, and the food is always good and service is prompt and prices are the same here or across town and the family and friends can always agree on this as a great choice.



Recommend it to anyone. It is best I think for couples, small groups and business guys having an informal meeting. I know I have seen Chappy and some of his buds there from time to time when he wasn't doing sewing for me. Also I always feel real safe there because there are always so many police, sheriff and such officers there, as if it must be close to the FOP range and they come there after that.



Good always for anyone.

WE operate our business (Army Navy Surplus & Sow N Sews Custom Sewing N Repairs) very close to this location; and we both send and receive quite a few clients from this location; and we also live very close and this is just about the best of the best for us if it is Pizza Night at our home.



Because it is so good we like to use it; because it is so close, the pizza arrives piping hot and yummy Fresh. Indeed it is good out to and including the edge of the crust. My Wife like the Royal Feast and I enjoy the Hawaiian with extra bacon.



They have dine in or take out and delivery and my clients like that they can go there have beverage, use the bathrooms and have something to eat while I am sewing on a project for them. They are close enough to be handy and on the way out to or from the Bypass around Muncie's East Side and that makes it nice for my Anderson, New Castle or Portland and Hartford City clients coming in to us.



They do a really great job here. We appreciate them and I know I always get good comments from our clients that indicate they favor this location. I think they are as good as any of the other locations in and around the City of Muncie.
