Anna-maree C.

Saw Dr. Phillipsen, he recommended Endoscopic Sinus syrgery & a septoplasty. Was scheduled for over a month & at the last minute, 8 minutes before the office closed, they called to notify me of a change in my surgery time. I called to notify my transportation of the change directly after I was informed. However, was unable to make the proper accommodations for the change. The Dr.'s office had closed by the time I finished speaking with my transportation arrangements, leaving me no other option but to cancel & reschedule. I called the office the next day & got the runaround after asking for the office manager. After finally reaching the office manager, she insisted on rescheduling me for another Dr.'s appt. to reassess. My confidence in this Dr.'s office is minimal. If they can go through the trouble of getting my insurance to approve the surgery, which they did, there should be NO reason for a reassessment.
