Salesman didn't ask me questions as to where flooring was going to be installed in my home. Didn't offer any suggestions such as telling me the different kinds of hardwood flooring or any other options. Was not the least bit helpful. I had AstroTurf installed on my porch last year. After it was installed I didn't think it was the same quality as what I bought. When I questioned it the salesman told me it WAS what I ordered From the other comments, I'm wondering if they installed a lower quality but charged the higher price. Beware!

Ed and his crew and unprofessional and crude. Would not recommend them to anyone looking for flooring services.

This guy and his employee are thieves. They order the wrong tile and would not take them back or give a refund. They also charged three time the amount. Your best bet to get what you need at the correct price is BJ'S at the White River Plaza in Muncie,In. flooring .

Overall

Kitchen flooring installed several years ago. Some of the worst workmanship I have ever seen. I complained, same workers were sent out to 'fix'. 'Fix' looked worse. I contacted the owner again. He came out and looked at it, acknowledged it looked bad and asked, 'What do you want me to do, tear it up and redo it?' I told him no, because I didn't really want it torn up. So he did nothing. Over $2000.00 down the drain for a small kitchen floor. Because the owner went to school with my husband, I did nothing more, but every time I mop my floor I see it and because I have recently grown a backbone and no longer care what the owner thinks, I feel I need to let people know not to waste their money, go elsewhere!!!

Measure your own area to be covered, they will over measure and keep what you bought for resell, and make sure you get the right product, will switch up pad and carpet to cheaper products.
