Dave's Video Exchange

Love love love this place! You know how hard it is to find a place that doesn't give you judgy looks for being a single mom? The other customers always talk to me, ask me about my kids in a friendly, caring manner, you don't find that much. And the employees, I've been going there for about 3 years or so now and I have to say, these guys are rockstars! Seriously. Trying to look for movies and keep track of two toddlers is a pain. I walk in, they ask if I need any help, which I clearly do and they'll spend however long I need them to to help me find something. Now they do seem to get snippy sometimes. Not so much with me ever but you can tell the customers they don't much care for. They go from happy to gtfo in a matter of seconds when certain people walk in. Idk what they did but to bring down the mood of this generally chipper bunch seems to be pretty tough. The overall atmosphere of this place is great. They could use some new carpet, if that's what they even call the material on the floor. And the color scheme is kind of lame, no offense. But I only go to this store to get my movies. Cheaper than almost anywhere, except maybe the game xchange but those guys in the xchange, especially the manager, can be total jerks. You want a movie, go to Daves!

I've gone here for years and I have never had a problem with them and have always left happy

I like the store overall but one of the workers is very rude. I called to see if the store had a movie and he cut my sentence short and told me to call back. So I called back and he cut me off again. They didnt have the movie and they guy hung up before I could say bye. I didnt appreicate that AT ALL. I called the Daves rental in Anderson and they were much more polite and patient with me.
