The sales person was wonderful and kind, very knowledgeable. Hard to get a hold of at times, but always called back. The installation team was a very poor representation of a wonderful sales person and product. Still extremely disappointed in the installation process/team. If I presented any questions, the leader of the install team became very defensive. Job took much longer than it should have and the finish work was hurried and quite sloppy, both inside and out! Sales representative spent time and attention here to remedy our concerns. Windows are a top of the line product for sure.
