Mr. Jones arrived a little early, which is a rarity, and gave me an early appointment at my request. Not a time frame like 8-12 so I didn't have to sit here a half day waiting! He diagnosed my problem with my almost new 22KW Generac very quickly and was very personable and professional. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me so I could understand it and told me I needed a bigger gas feed line as a plumber had installed the wrong size and type gas line. Subsequently, the generator was constantly running at low speed and would shut off. Not good in a power outage! He changed the break in oil and filter, checked the battery, and settings on the control panel,etc. I was so impressed that I signed an annual maintenance contract with him and now I can be confident that it will be maintained properly so I don't have to worry about proper operation or scheduling a service call. His price was VERY reasonable, especially for his time spent on my job! Wouldn't use anyone else!
