I am not going to waste time telling my story. but PLEASE do not buy from this company...the merchandise quality is the worst, and the Corporate manager service was awful, did not want to help at all...Very bad experience!!

BAD DELIVERY SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HEADQUARTERS SERVICE. MY DAUGHTER WAS TOLD DELIVERY TIME 1-3P SATURDAY 9/24/16. DELIVER WASN'T UNTIL 6P. MY DAUGHTER HAD TO CALL THEM X3 RE: VERY LATE DELIVERY, W/O THEM NOTIFYING HER OF "LATE DELIVERY"!!!! THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE WHEN SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE ABOVE. HEADQUARTERS WAS ALSO VERY RUDE, TO ME REGARDING THE MATTER. THE DELIVERY GUYS OPENED THE CHEST OUT IN THE ROAD & NOT IN THE HOUSE. "CUSTOMER CARE/
SATISFACTION" SHOULD BE THEIR 1ST PRIORITY, BUT IT'S NOT. I AND OUR FAMILY HAVE BEEN FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS SINCE 1965 AND WE WILL NOT BUT ANOTHER SINGLE ITEM FROM THEIR STORES.

Got a Serra mattress paid around $2000 it started to sink be uncomfortable and and a permanent indentation.. right after I got it. I'm 90 years old and I went to the store and they said nothing could be done. I called Serra and they said ask for this form and it would be taken care of. After a week they sent a man who did tests. I was told someone would call that day and they didn't. Next day they called and said they could do nothing. You can even see the bulge and the inspector from the store in no.fort Myers commented how clean it was and no stains. It was bright white. Had a protective cover.. I'll call ok Monday to see and speak to manager. If no good there I'll talk to Serta and let them know Babcock did not supply the form or make it good.

Our experience with this particular store was extremely disappointing. The lack of professionalism and customer care was very disturbing. We were not given the courtesy of even a phone call to inform us that our furniture was sitting in the warehouse for over two weeks. I will express to family and friends that are in the process of purchasing furniture, to look elsewhere. Badcock provides very nice affordable furniture, unfortunately, they're sales staff leaves little to be desired. Yours truly, A very dissatisfied customer.

My wife and I bought a SERTA high end mattress from Badcock and More in Deland, Florida . In less than two months the mattress is sagging and these people will not honor the 10 year warranty on said mattress !! The corporate office in Mulbury was not helpful at all !! The sent us to SERTA and SERTA sent us back to Badcock in Deland !!! I have been given the run a round and lied to !!! Their customer service is a joke !!!

This store is new to town I gave it a try Yes I regret it every bit customer service from the manager is awful!!!! No one greets you of any kind when you enter the store..I was charged 2 delivery fees for one delivery manager claims it's bc i paid cash for one purchase and put the other on my acct BS he claimed his computer wouldn't let him change it...I mentioned to one of the sales personal at desk at check out she had no problem removing it next problem I get my delivery but only partial, well yes I'm PO bc i have mattresses and storage drawers for bunk beds that were not even delivered which I've paid for up front tells me oh there on back order,no one told me anything about back order today manager tells me oh it maybe the 17th b4 u get them...I'm Too heated I will not purchase anything else from this place...SERVICES LIKE THIS THEY WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESSES SOON....

we bought a bedroom dresser dining room set and then we bought a simulated leather chair which we had for 3 years when we came back after 6 months we noticed peeling on the chair so we called the store only to be told the warranty expired 2 weeks earlier a friend came and sat on it. it is now ruined we were then informed we would get 20% off if we bought another one the chair cost 345.00 I would never recommend your company to anyone let alone buy one.the chair was made in china so the rest of your products probably are too john lynch a disgruntled customer
