Had similar experience to Christiand posting 05/09/2012. They filed a claim the same day they installed the door rather than trying to work with us. Recommend trying someone else.

Excellent, fast, friendly service. We were in a huge bind as the spring and cabling were out of order. They came in, fixed it up and saved the day! Also very economical and I love that it is a locally owned company!

They did a great job. Took care of the door and had it done all in one day.

Broke a light bulb,I told them don't worry about it but they knocked $10.00 off total for the bulb.Very polite,professional I trusted them enough to leave them by themselves and they closed up before they left......Excellent job

Beware. they ordered us a white door when we wanted a beige. They refused to replace door or cover cost to have it painted. They claimed that i did not specify a color when we ordered it, so they assumed we wanted white. When confronted on why they would just choose white rather than call us and verify the correct color, they stated "thats just what we do". We stopped payment on the check until we could get the issure resolved, but they still refused to make it right, instead they are taking us to small claims court. I went to their office the day we stopped the check and asked how can we make this right so that we get the proper color doors and then we can write themChrist another check? I was told, and i quote "we dont want your check, were gonna get our money." To sum it up, this customer is paying big for this companies careless mistake!
