Drove into a stall and pushed the button. No one bothered to answer. Someone pulled into another stall and got out and I told her that no one was answering. She said she would tell someone inside. Waited a few more minutes and left. Totally disappointed. We have one in Poplar Bluff, MO and they are wonderful. Expected the same in Mountain View, MO. Will never stop again.
This place is RIDICULOUS!!! I am shocked that I am the 1st to write about this but what happened over the last 2 days has blown my mind and I am LIVID!!! The new owner took it upon himself to hold ALL OF THE CHARGES MADE FROM JUNE OF THIS YEAR (for whatever reason) AND CHARGE THEM ALL IN ONE DAY TO OUR ACCOUNT!!! Meaning that the 15 times since we have been there and used our card to PAY FOR OUR FOOD AT THE TIME WE PURCHASED IT since June, he SOMEHOW was able to hold off the funds and charge them all on the same day which was yesterday November 1, 2015 in the amount of $177.43 !!! Most of us go out to eat at a fast food restaurant when we have a little EXTRA MONEY to spend on the day we go, not 4 months after the fact so that we can pay it all off!!! The kicker in all of this is that I check my bank account on a DAILY BASIS and the charges were in a pending status as ALL TRANSACTIONS are so we ASSUMED that all was fine as we have never heard of a fast food restaurant doing anything like this!!! Mark my words, we are contacting the Attorney General as well as the BBB!!!
they wait over a month to hit you charges for dinning there. The restaurant looks like it is falling apart. You can see where it looks the ceiling is leaking, the seats look terrible. The staff just stand around an play on their phones.
