I ordered the repair of a sliding glass door at Tri City Glass. It was agreed to send me a bill which I would pay directly. Tri City Glass made my tenant pay. When I called them he first rudely told me that he is at lunch and I should call back in an hour. After my call after an hour he even more rudely told me he does not know me and can not tell me anything about the cause or repair of the glass door.
The cost for the labor charged seem to be high at $150.
Early in the conversation, Tri-City Glass person lost his temper and patience. I was asking questions as I typically do before making purchase decisions and because I have never replaced a window before. He used bad words and angrily accused me of wasting his time and not knowing what I was doing. Needless to say, they didn't get my business and I'll never call back.

They replaced the windshield on my car but have NO CLUE how to get the rain sensor working. They NEVER called me back after 2 visits to reconcile it. Kevin was going to ""talk to his supplier"" to get resolution. I finally left my car there to force the issue and they failed miserably to resolve the issue and took no ownership. Then they have the nerve to leave my key on my tire and tell me whoever gets the car first its theirs and that he doesn't care!!! Kevin takes no responsibility for his work. They were on Villa, They are now on Independence and they should be AVOIDED.
After a recent move we needed some glass replaced on a curio and a clock. Tri-City Glass was a great choice. Not only were they fast to respond, the estimate was very resonable. The owner is a real nice guy so not onl y will you get good work but you will have a nice conversation!
