Tiffany was a wonderful instructor. On the first lesson she helped me gain my confidence, while on the next two lessons she worked with me on passing my drive test. When I took my test, I passed easily (missed many fewer points than any of my friends who took from other Driving Schools). Overall, I would recommend Tiffany and this school.

I highly recommend Ms. Tiffany, my Driving Instructor in this great Driving school. She is very professional, patient, and knows how to teach well not to mention her positive character traits like being courteous, cheerful, encouraging, helpful, and friendly... I am learning fast from her and I'm really glad I chose this school. Try it!
Mr. Hanson in the office is also very efficient & professional and accommodating...

First of all, I want to say that Deluxe Driving School provides a quality educational experience in driving at a very good price. The instructors know what they are doing and taught me well. They pick you up at your house and are usually on time. The problem that causes me to not recommend this business is the fact that they don't care about their customers.
Recently, the school called me up to inform me that I had told them that I had missed a lesson that I supposedly scheduled. The person on the phone had a heavy accent and it took me a few minutes to figure out who was calling me. He told me that I had told the instructor that I told the instructor that came by my house that I didn't want to take the lesson. The truth is, I was in math class when I supposedly told the instructor that I didn't want to take the lesson. I also mentioned that I scheduled lessons on the weekends, when I would have time, not in the middle of the week. He told me to stop making things difficult and said I would have to pay $50 to reschedule the lesson I missed. I told the person calling me that I was still at school and would call him back. When I got home, I learned my mom had called earlier after discovering that we supposedly had a lesson. When she was on the phone with the same person I had spoke to earlier, he said that it was our fault that we didn't remember the date and that we needed to pay $50. After further talk, he admitted that he had messed up the date but still blamed us. Eventually he agreed to reschedule our appointment for $10.
I just want to let everyone know that Deluxe has cheap and decent driving instruction, but that you will probably have to deal with serious customer service problems. My friends reccomended Deluxe to me since it was cheaper that the competitors. A few mentioned that they had a few problems with scheduling and customer service, but they didn't have an experience as bad as mine.

I've been driving many years in another country but Deluxe Driving School has shown me good techniquese on how to drive in the US. I highly recommend this school. They also teach me how to merge on and off the freeway without extra fees. Their pricing is fair.
