Dr. Malley is wonderful with my 6 year old. She was so gentle, and explained everything to her before they started! The entire office team was wonderful. They all are so happy and understanding of my children! They are patient and gentle at every appointment! The front office is so sweet! They are always smiling and always engaging with my kids when we come in! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

I am giving a 5 star rating based on Dr.Malley and her staff in the BACK. They are amazing. Dr.Malley goes above and beyond for her patients. I am a mother of 2 girls who are very finicky and scared and they are always amazing. However the office staff in the front, ins, surgery scheduling... They are not my favorite people. They have lied,failed to return phone calls, etc. At the end of the day those girls don't deal with your children. I feel blessed to have Dr.Malley treating my children and I know she does what is in the best interest for their dental health.
Office staff was not helpful and would not file with insurance. It took over 6 months to get our account correct after many follow ups and dispute filed through insurance.
My daughter has been going to Young & Polite since she was 4 and now she is 7. We had our scheduled appointment this morning at 8:40 for a cleaning and were running late. I called in to let them know and they said as long as I could get there by 8:55 I could see the doctor. We arrived at 8:52 and was told we could not be seen. I asked why was I told over the phone if I got here by 8:55 I could be seen. The stafff was very unprofessional and I feel they did not value me as a customer. There was no attempt to resolve the issue at all. I asked the receptionist to provide me with the paperwork to release my dughters records so I can go to another dentist office. This office has alot of welfare recepiants and assume they can treat everyone like that. I will be leaving this office as of today and I would not advise anyone else to take their kids there.
Our experience was Great! We came home under great circumstances. UNTIL I realized they forgot to give me my license back. I immediately called the office & it was still in the copier. She said they'd send it by mail that day. Almost 2 weeks later I ordered a new one because they assured me that they had sent it out the day I called. I finally received my original then 2 days later received my ordered one.THEN... I received a bill but between my 1st & 2nd insurance the bill should be paid in full. I called the office to which they responded with "we only accept 1 insurance, we don't do secondary insurance". Why wasn't I told that on the phone when I made the appointment & why wasn't I told the day of the appointment. I am now receiving a bill with my name misspelled for one & demanding me to pay a balance that my insurance would cover if they'd just file it. I would not normally make a huge stink but I can't file it myself & I'm out of work due to layoff & don't have an extra $87 laying around right now. Now I'm back to having to find a new dentist for my kids. I was even willing to drive that almost hour to that office because of the hygienist & dentist & how gentle they are but the office staff completely ruined our visit & our plans of having a wonderful dentist & staff. And do you think they have even bothered to apologize, help with the situation, anything, No.
I took my little sister there for a tooth extraction she started crying so I stared crying so I did to its a sister thing. They ask me to leave the room when I went in there was a line of blood .
The billing is outrageous in this place with more and more unexpected charges coming in my mailbox over a 6 month period for the same treatment I thought I had already paid for. I did not have a problem with their practice or the way they handle their patients; I have a problem with them continuing to bill me time and time again for something I thought was already paid for OR was covered by insurance to begin with. If you don't want to continue to pay over and over again for the same thing, find another practice.
The same thing has happened to me for my son's visits at least 3 times. Keep getting bills for the same thing, $1.00 here or $6.00 there, and they overcharged me by at least $100 for something, I don't even know what now I got so livid. Yeah, they rake in the bucks BIG TIME.
I took my daughter for her first visit with Young and Polite Children's Dentistry and the staff was absolutely wonderful! I was so pleased with the patience the doctor and the assistant gave my daughter! The doctor was very helpful with letting me know what things I can try at home and she did not make me feel rushed! I truly enjoyed my visit! I was in love with the under water murals and I'm excited for the games and tvs they have for our next visit! We will definitely be back!
