I really like the video monitoring that this daycare has. There is always someone monitoring the front which makes me feel at ease as well.

I want to start by letting everyone know I had a good tour. Then I called to request which day I could observe and help integrate my child. We have had a lot of changes and it is very important to help integrate him into a new setting and not just drop him off to strangers. I was told I cannot observe and I cannot sit with him on his first day to get comfortable. The reason was given that they did not want strangers in the classroom scaring the other children. I tried to talk, but was Mrs. Berry would not let me speak or get a word in. She did not care that I wanted to be a nurturing mother and was more concerned with the privacy of her employees. She kept stating I was "out to get her" and "working against her" because I wanted to ensure my child would be comfortable and safe. I have toured many daycare facilities in this state and others and ALL others had open doors and were willing to let us spend a few hours with my son there BEFORE paid fees and obligation and were willing to let me do whatever I needed to in order to help my son feel comfortable. This Ms. Berry yelled at me, was unprofessional, extremely uneducated in child development (I can say that because I am actually educated in child development) and she is just rude. I was a NEW parent wanting nothing more than to ease my child into a new situation and she would not have it. Based on our conversation, she in not interested in the well being of the children. Please feel free to contact me for details. But this is not a nurturing place you want to take your kids. Based on her reaction to me, she likely yells a lot at children and treats parents like dirt.

A Bright Beginning Daycare has been a blast for my kids. They are always excited to go back and the daycare has a convenient schedule for them to go. It has been great for my kids and helps me with my busy schedule.

They are friendly and anxious to help. But when it's busy, they can easily get behind. I wish they had more staff to help the parents during those rushes.

Very comfortable atmosphere. My kids never throw fits when I drop them off. They're happy to go to class which tells me they're comfortable with their teachers.

I wish we could still have this school in our area it was so amazing. We moved recently but we are so appreciative of everything the staff at A bright beginning did for us.

My child listens so much bette...

My child listens so much better now that he has been attending A Bright Beginning. This school brought out his potential and they definitely encourage both learning and the creative side of things as well.
