they came within 20 min and found us even with vague directions. very reasonable and very nice.

Had a call from a business associate who was riding with a friend and the car broke down on the highway. I was not even sure of the make and model of the vehicle and when I called Carter & Sons to help her get a tow, all he did was say no problem and took her number to find out exactly where they were. Excellent service!
