I love ms simms she is an exceptional (doc) but her help needs some training on how to handle patients. If ms simms I running behind they never have the courtesy to let you know this. Ms simms is very busy and the help should help her to put the patients at ease if they are expecting a long wait. The front desk person should be taught how to smile, remember the patient is sick and a smile puts them at ease, shame on her. She is very inpersonable and rude. Hey, you are in the medical field amd we care about people. Just my opinion but I too am in the healthcare field and if I ever treated anyone the way I was treated by that staff I would have been fired.
