The first technician arrived and spent nearly 5 hours in my house going back and forth on the phone with someone who was helping him diagnose the problem. At the end of the night he said he had gotten it to work and charged me $734.04 for his visit. The unit was still not working, so the next day they sent over a second technician. This person took a wire - ran it from my basement - up 4 levels to my top floor hallway and then taped a new thermostat to my wall. Then he charged $1,088.11 on our credit card for this shoddy, unsafe work. They took advantage of the fact that my wife and I were at work and my 84 year old mother-in-law was here with them. So far, we have paid this company $1,822.15 and NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED!!!!! As a matter of fact, now the furnace leaks. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!! By the way, when I called them regarding this situation today, no one would get on the phone to talk to me.

Last September, my AC unit stopped working. It was the last week in September, so I figured that I would address it in the spring. Let me tell you what Kevin from Yost & Campbell did for me. Kevin at Yost and Campbell were recommended to me by parents from my son's school. Kevin came over here the same night I called when he heard my son had severe allergies. He inspected my unit and told me he was pretty sure my indoor unit could be converted (so no need to replace) and yes the outdoor unit did need replacing and could be done in less than 48 hours. Best part--half the price! I was so impressed by Kevin and his level of professionalism (he even wore booties around my house as did his employees) to keep my carpets clean! We had Roberto as our installer and could not have asked for a more competent and detailed oriented installer! And--When you do call the company--ask for Gina! She made you feel like family!

Great people, great work. My boiler went out at 11PM on a cold February Night. Within an hour the service technician from Yost & Campbell was at my home and fixed my problem. With elderly parents living in my home having a heating and ac company that I know will be there for me at all times is very comforting!

I have used Yost & Campbell for years for all the heating and air conditioning issues in my home. They are fast, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Yost & Campbell for your home heating or AC needs and even plumbing. Yost & Campbell will be putting in our back-up generator in a few weeks too!
