        when you figure it out, call us

        My Fisher & Paykel washing machine is leaking. We had a repair man from Nowak & Parker come out to our house today. He told my husband that the diagnostics show that the machine is not leaking. Then stated that when "you figure it out, call us. We can order the part and put it in for you." So, for $130 we were told to figure the problem out ourselves and THEN they could help us. Nowak & Parker was truly a disappointment for our family.

        I was recommend novakandparker from my neighbors who just remodeled their kitchen. I was hosting my family party when my oven went capoohy!! A kind service guy came out to see if he could fix it but it was to old. " I was hoping it was" anyways..got myself a new one. I just want to let you all know its so nice to deal with these people. They actually answer the phone, talk to you like a friend and really cared about my situation I was in. Thank you Novak and Parker!!

        Called Novak & Parker to fix my refrigerator. They were so friendly and helpful and sent someone out the next day. I would definitely do business with them again!

        Very disappointed in this store

        They severely jacked up the prices of their appliances to take advantage of their customers on 4/16/10 during the appliance rebate program. They would have made a nice profit without doing so. Not a very honest place to do business with.

        I am sorry you had felt we did that but to be in business with the same family for 97 years I guarantee that is not in our ethics. I personally priced each product on our floor and can guarantee we did not raise a single price from our normal price. Not only did we offer the government energy program but Novak and Parker offered significant instant discounts on over 80% of the inventory. That day offered the consumer the best appliance pricing I have ever witnessed. It was a good day for the consumer, the retailer and the government.
