My wife was referred to this firm after she was rear ended in an automobile accident in 2013. It took over three YEARS , without being able to obtain an offer more the $1000 and then to finally go to court. My wife had to always be the one to contact them to find out what was going on in her case. One week before trial we still had not heard from them so my wife contacted them AGAIN. He apologized and said he had been in court and then called back two days later, 4 days before trial, saying that they had turned her case over to another Firm to try the case because he was going to be tied up on another one, WOW. The firm they turned it over to had 3 days to review and prepare. We show up for trial and they don't even have her doctor there to testify, NO Professional to collaborate her injury. Then we find out they had NEVER tried a civil case in Smith County. After pre trial discussion's with the Judge they informed us they had just got their asses handed to them by the Judge. As you have probably figured out by now we lost and not only lost got Nothing, not even medical bills after my wife was rear ended sitting still! Apparently if you are not suing for a large some of money don't choose this firm because you will not be important to them. Now my wife after waiting three years must go on still in pain with no compensation.
