        Century 21 Landmark Associates opened in 1989 on North Jefferson Street in Mt. Pleasant, Texas with two agent owners and hopes of growth. And grow we did! Century 21 Landmark Associates moved into a spacious new building located at 1316 South Jefferson Street in September 2000 and is equipped with multiple phone lines, computer ready ISDN lines, meeting rooms, and exceptional office space. Century 21 Landmark Associates has achieved multi level of recognition for Top Agents, Brokers Awards and Gold Awards for increased sales. We have 2 Brokers and seventeen sales agents on staff plus two clerical team members. Century 21 Landmark Associates participates in the Century 21 Sellers Service Pledge where we put into writing our service pledge to you.         Mr. Davis worked really hard to get our home sold within a decent time frame. It was during some really rough economical times, but he got the job done! We would work with him again, for sure.
