My first visit was some time last month (August) and they are now my #1 place locally to make purchases for my evape stuff. First - they put your information into their database so if you go in and can't remember the flavor you bought or the strength, they can look it up for you via your name. That's incredibly efficient and awesome!Second: Their customer service is outstanding! They truly care about their customers and they are extremely knowledgeable about their products and what will work with yours.Third: Despite the fact that the building they rented out is small, they still manage to have almost everything in stock all the time.I can honestly say this and not be biased at all - I purchase flavors, accessories, etc usually online because there are literally thousands of online stores that sell this stuff usually. If I can't find something I'm dying to have, I can literally make a 4 minute drive over there and get what I need for CHEAPER than the websites. Not only that but today I was strapped for cash and both my cards got declined. I literally owed $1 and some change and the awesome girl working at the counter paid the extra for me. That's seriously taking care of your customers!I'm not one of those people that goes everywhere and looks for a handout like that either. I tried to persuade her to not do it and let me come back later but she insisted and it was wonderful. These guys get an A++ from me! No problems here!
Clean shop, nice variety and location.
Very disappointed and frustrated in customer service and the quality of the product. I recently purchased an ecig starter kit from this location. After a little over a month, the battery would no longer hold a charge. I tried to return the battery for a new one but was very quickly told that it had been 33 days and got the routine "company policy" line that you could only return the item within 30 days, without an apology or a reason. I was also told very quickly that I had two choices, either leave or buy a new battery. I can understand company policy when given with a reason or at least an apology for the faulty product but I won't return to the store due to the poor attitude of the employee. It encouraged me to shop around and I have. I have now found better prices in the local area. Too many options to be treated this way and get substandard quality items.
